Hello and thank you for your feedback, We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Yes we found you a carrier that can do the shipment, however they took another load from different company that's why we had to look for a different carrier for you without any cost. This is logistics business and time sensitive since these carriers work and asks load from a lot of other companies. We never charge you anything for looking out a carrier for you. We are a broker company and for that being said, we do not own the trucks nor drivers. Thank you!
