Hi Rebecca, thank you for letting us know, we did have an agreement between you and the carrier that you were willing to accept the video call once they got on the delivery location so you can check your vehicle. They arrived at the location and contacted you several times as well as my agent to reach out to you and let you know that they arrived already, but you never answered, only until they left the area after waiting several hours. As a broker we do not have the control of the carriers time (Also explained to the contract we sent, which you agreed to), since they have other deliveries to do.
We did everything to contact you as far as the driver but we never had an answer back, that's why they took your vehicle in their storage area. Thank you!
