I Don't Move Auto* They took my money but didn't move my car...

I have never had a worse experience with a "company".. maybe it's a scam? They originally emailed me a quote of $200 to move my car. I called them and they immediately doubled the quote to $400 (which was still relatively low). I accepted the offer and paid them a $150 deposit to pick up my car within a week. They never hired anyone to pick up my car, never called me back to tell me they couldn't find someone, and then never returned my deposit. After several hours over two days getting bounced around between different agents on the phone, I finally got an email from Jay (the owner?) that said my refund had been issued and that I should receive it within 2 weeks. I've called them back multiple times over the past two months and if I can even get through to talk to somebody they just tell me that they'll take care of it. I'm pretty sure they're just avoiding my calls now. Seriously, hire anybody else.
