Took my $150 deposit and never answered repeated phone calls or emails. I made it very clear when I called from Afghanistan that I was going to be back in New Mexico for a limited number of days. (09 Aug - 14 Aug) and needed my 1967 F100 shipped to Virginia. They said “No problem, we’ll find a transporter” I told them 12 Aug would be perfect but I’m flexible between 9-12 Aug, again, “not a problem” I called a few times between the 1st and 9th because I didn’t hear anything from them, when I would call they would say “oh still too far out” on the 9th I get a call from Jay saying we have 3 carriers, I pick one he says, he will call you the day before. The pick up day we agreed on was the 12th, the carrier was supposed to call on the 11th. Make a long story short, no phone call from carrier, no one at I Move Auto answers the phone anymore and my email to jay is unanswered. It is NOW the 20th of August. I’m getting ready to go back to Afghanistan and where is my money? This company has NO principles. I’ve given them fair chance to respond and they damn well know they have my money.
