Hands down, Jay is awesome. He is professional, honest and upfront, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I went into this as a new customer shipping a vehicle. I had initially started with another broker who cared nothing about me rather, just wanted to earn an extra buck. I'm glad Jay found me because he put my mind at ease by explaining the process openly and in detail. He really put my mind at ease and was able to find the perfect people to delivery our vehicle which now my family's second vehicle. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to ship a vehicle. Jay is the bomb and hands down, the right guy to get the job FINISHED and DONE!
