I am a transport company that moved a 1929 Ford Coupe from IL to NH safely and in a timely manner. After seeing the job posting Hurst was contacted and a price of $800 was agreed upon and a contract signed. (Load #10517) The car was picked up 12/2/05, delivery was made 12/5/05, they were invoiced 12/9/05. Unfortunately I gave them 30 days to pay before calling and now it just rings and rings, even the fax line just rings so I can't send another invoice -- not that it would do any good. I'll follow up with the Federal Service Corp as others have suggested and send another invoice by good old snail mail and hope it will have a favorable outcome. Their website is still up and running so it looks like they're still looking for victims. In the meantime, if anybody even CONSIDERS doing business with them THINK AGAIN. Too many people have been burned and too many of us are still chasing them.
