My car deadline for pick up was Sept. 1, 2005, I have email them and tell them that the deadline was over and I wanted my refund of $200. I told them that I live in New Orleans and that I need the money for food and water after my house and car got flooded. I mean these people do not know what people are going through right now in New Orleans. I need my money to buy food and water for my family. THey would not give my money back even after the deadline is over and they have not respond back to me by email or phone. This Company Suck.
