Car was picked up late and delivered late. When I inquired as to the delay, I was lied to.

The driver was excellent in communicating that he would be late and did his best to coordinate delivery. This has been the most stressful 3 weeks. Remember once they have your car...THEY HAVE YOUR CAR! and the only way you are going to get it back is to give them a cashiers check!

I should have use Intercity Lines or Passport, and so should you.

This car was not available for pick up on the specified date in Pennsylvania, thus delaying the delivery in California. We do not lie to our customers. Every truck is equipped with GPS and we track the progress of every delivery for our customers. Our policy has always bedn COD by certified funds upon delivery, and we make that absolutely clear when the order is booked.
