Vehicle pickup was organized and coordinated well directly with the seller. Transit time was advised to be somewhat dependent on weather as transport was taking place mid January and winter storms were predicted across the mid west. I was actually quite happy that they park up during snow or bad weather and that they put safety of the vehicle a higher priority than transit time. Personally I was in no rush to get the vehicle within a specific time.
The truck driver called and kept me informed of his progress and revisions to his schedule. On arrival into Reno it was after dark and we coordinated to drop off early morning at my work place with a large parking lot rather than attempt getting to my house in the dark. Unlodaing was smooth, although the car had a dead battery and wouldn't start. The driver worked with me to get it started and even left me his personal jumper cables in case I had a further problem.
I was very happy with the service and level of communication and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use Horseless Carriage for future transport needs.
