NOT SO HONEST AUTO MOVERS!!!!!

FIRST OF ALL THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. I NEVER GOT MY CAR TRANSPORTED BEFORE, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I MOVED SO I NEEDED MY CAR IN WISCONSIN. SO BASICALLY I GOT IN TOUCH WITH THIS GUY WHO CALLED HIMSELF CAPTAIN MARK ON MARCH 27 2011, AND TOLD ME THAT HE CAN GET MY TOYOTA 4 RUNNER TRANSPORTED FROM CALIFORNIA TO WISCONSIN FOR THE PRICE OF $825. I WAS EXCITED TO HEAR THAT BECAUSE A COUPLE OF OTHER BROKERS TOLD ME IT WOULD COST $1000 OR MORE TO GET IT TRANSPORTED SO I SAID OKAY. FIRST THING HE ASKED FOR WAS "WHAT IS YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER" AND I GAVE IT TO HIM, HE SAID THAT IT WOULD BE A DEPOSIT AND THAT A TOTAL OF $701 WOULD BE DO WHEN MY CAR GOT PICKED UP. HE SAID MY CAR WOULD GET PICKED UP AROUND THE 4TH OF APRIL TO THE 8TH OF APRIL BECAUSE I TOLD HIM FROM THE BEGINNING THAT I NEEDED MY CAR THERE BEFORE THE 13TH OF APRIL. SO AFTER HE GOT MY MONEY HE STARTED TO GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND TELLING ME THAT HE NEEDS TO GET MORE CARS ON THE TRUCK AND THAT IF HE DIDN'T GET ENOUGH CARS IT WOULDN'T WORK. SO I WAITED AND WAITED UNTIL APRIL 4TH AND I CALLED HIM. HE SAID NOT TO WORRY AND REPETEDLY TOLD ME THAT THE NAME OF HIS COMPANY IS HONEST AUTO MOVERS AND THAT IT HAS THAT NAME FOR A REASON AND I SAID OKAY. THEN IT CAME TO APRIL 8TH I CALLED HIM AGAIN AND TOLD ME THAT THERE STILL NOT ENOUGH CARS TO GET TRANSPORTED AND THAT I WAS ON TOP OF THE LIST TO GET PICKED UP. FOR A WHILE I ACTUALLY BELIEVED HIM UNTIL I REALIZED MY TIME TO LEAVE SAN DIEGO WAS COMING UP AND THAT MY CAR STILL DIDN'T GET PICKED UP THEN I CALLED HIM OVER AND OVER AGAIN AND EVERY TIME I CALLED HIM HE WOULD BABBLE ABOUT THE MOST RANDOM THINGS LIKE HOW HE OWNS A BIG BOAT AND THAT HE IS A MILLIONARE AND HOW THE CITY OF FLORIDA NEWSPAPER SERVICE DOESN'T RUN WITHOUT HIM, AND HOW HE PRODUCED A SONG IN 50'S AND THAT HE IS NOT A LIAR AND THAT HE NEVER LIED TO ANYONE HE IS HONEST MARK. I MEAN WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH GETITNG MY CAR TRANSPORTED. AND HE NEVER TELLS U HIS LAST NAME . HE JUST CALLS HIMSELF CAPTAIN MARK. I PREFER TO CALL HIM LIAR MARK FOR LYING TO ME AN INNOCENT YOUNG LADY. BUT ANYWAYS I GUESS HE LIKES TO RIP OFF WOMEN BECAUSE ALL HE DID WAS BULLSHIT AND LIE. THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT HE CALLS HIS COMPANY HONEST AUTO MOVERS. BUT ANYWAYS HE NEVER GOT MY CAR TRANSPORTED AND THEN WHEN I TRIED TO GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED FREEDOM TRANSPORT HE CALLED THEM AND HARASSED THEM SAYING THAT HE WOULD BEAT THEM UP. I THINK THE MAN IS A LITTLE KOO KOO, HE TOLD ME THAT THE COMPANY FREEDOM ARE RIPPING ME OFF WHEN HE WAS DOING THAT EXACT THING. SO IF THIS REVIEW HELPS SOMEONE I WOULD BE HAPPY BECAUSE YOU NEED TO WATCH OUT HE FOR HIS COMPANY not so honest movers. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PLAY WITH YOU LIKE A PING PONG GAME. AND PUSH COMES TO SHOVE HE WILL DITCH U AND BABBLE ABOUT HOW RICH HE IS. I WAS WONDERING IF HE IS SO RICH Y HASNT HE GIVEN MY MONEY BACK, I MEAN ITS A 125 DOLLARS. THE FUNNY THING IS HE EMAILED ME SAYING THAT Deqa, Just a reminder…..
The name of our company is called “Honest Auto Movers”. We do not offer refunds to folks who ask us to field calls from drivers at a specified price and then list with another broker at a much higher price thus thwarting our efforts and wasting our time Your car was moved through the efforts of Honest Auto Movers and it is sad you ended up paying a second broker just because I told the truth. (The driver informed me.)
Next time, please just be honest about what you are doing and all will be find or refund issued.

AND PEOPLE BE CAREFUL HE WILL RESPOND TO THIS AND MAKE SEEM IM A LIAR. WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT HIS COMPANY IM JUST STATING THE OBVIOUS AND IF I REALLY DIDNT DEAL WITH HIM I WOULD NOT BE =WRITING THIS LONG A** REVIEW ABOUT THE JERK WHO RIPPED ME OFF. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

I have to give Deka credit for being relatively accurate and I greatly appreciate her including one of my emails to her regarding this issue. Like my boat name, it is THE NAKED TRUTH. All potential customers who contact me are emailed and told about the drivers load board and how their pricing is solely dictated by the sales orders that have already been placed. Let me begin my reply by stating that Dekas order was the result of a referral of two relatives that had already moved 3 vehicles along her route from San Diego, CA to Green Bay, WI. She knew exactly how we operate from the February moves of 4-dr sedans and a Toyota Sienna. The short story is simply that Deka did NOT want to pay the current pricing and very soon thereafter America had a HUGE fuel price increase. On top of that, there were NOT enough vehicles to warrant a driver making a run from either the San Diego or LA area to MI. When other shippers finally placed orders to make up a full load it required pricing of $850 to the driver as I had been advising all along. She got very nervous and listened to the other brokers who were calling and attempting to steal the order from me. She even admitted to me she had done so and we have proof of said action because normally my fee is earned at that point and I stop my efforts. I advised her with 3 brokers listing her vehicle, that no driver would call any of us thus jinxing her ability to get a ride and also driving her OWN price upward as she competes against herself. In the end the driver that picked her up was solely a result of the efforts of Honest Auto Movers, the same driver who did Mohammads move (her friend who referred her to me). The other broker is trying to claim they were the movers and shakers here. I simply have a clause in my terms and conditions that states if there is another broker involved, I keep the deposit. In this case I actually did get the driver to her doorstep for LESS money than the other broker. I call the company Honest Auto Movers because I am constantly keeping the drivers, carriers, other brokers and in this case the customers HONEST. Deka never told me any of the above but rather advised me that she was giving up and driving her vehicle to Green Bay. My driver called as I was about to process her refund and reported that he had her vehicle on his trailer. The same driver who wanted the vehicle the week before for $850 which Deka declined. Sorry Deka, I kept your deposit and easily won the charge back attempt.
