Nichole was very friendly and honest with a good aptitude for customer service. After going through a small learning curve, like not knowing I was transitioning from the winter rate season to a summer rate one along with speculative fuel costs, I did not think I was going to meet my targeted expense (and therefore not ship at all). To do this, I had to move up my shipping date by 3 weeks. Nichole kept in contact with me every three days or less with updates after she observed how flexible I was with the shipping time frame to make my target budget. We caught a break with Bulldog Trucking and their willingness to work with us (good choice also). I would use Hilton Auto Transport again. Note; there was a $60 deposit.
