Good experience with Hilton Auto

Nichole was very helpful during the whole process. I had originally contacted Hilton Auto about a week before I actually wanted my car moved, but I was flexible on the pickup date and time so when Mrs. Hilton said that she would most likely be able to satisfy my move date I decided to go with Hilton Auto. She had later contacted me saying that it was hard to find a transporter during the holidays, but was eventually able to find one who could do it 1 day after I wanted it done. There ended up being a snow storm in NY that same day and they were a little late on contacting me, but since I had an open schedule I did not mind much. They said they would try to pick it up as soon as they could and it ended up being at night 2 days after my original pickup date. Considering the snow storm I was perfectly fine with it and pickup happened with no problems. They estimated 7-10 days for delivery and the car was delivered on the 9th day. The car was pretty dirty when it arrived, but since it was transported all the way across the country and I had not fully cleaned off the snow from the storm before pickup, I did not mind getting a car wash. I would definitely use Hilton Auto again.

For people who need to transport cars, just make sure you understand that not everything is going to happen according to your schedule. Try to be as flexible as you can around the time that you want the car picked up/dropped off.
