After waiting two weeks for another carrier to pick up my car and hearing nothing from them, I finally canceled and went with Hilton. I placed my order online late Monday night. Nichole called me the next morning to confirm the details and said she would call back when they had a truck. ONE HOUR LATER she called back and had a truck scheduled for that night! The other company let my vehicle sit for two weeks and she had it on a truck in 24 hours.
My car arrived in 3 days, in perfect shape, and I couldn't be happier. Take my advice and don't go with the cheapest quote. Hilton was about two hundred dollars more, but it was well worth it! The only answer I could get from "Trusty" Auto Transport on why my car hadn't moved for two weeks was "We're working on it". I guarentee if I hadn't switched to Hilton, my car would still be sitting there! I will definately use Hilton again in the future, and recomend them to all my friends.
