Hilton cam with the lowest rate out of 8 other transport companies. I contacted the company which is where I spoke with Nicole. She was very pleasant to speak with and very helpful. I gave her the okay to schedule the pick up although I did not have the address at the time she said I cold get back with her on the address. within an hour she called me and said she could pick it up that same evening. Shocked I thaought great but wasn't sure if I could arrange for the other party to be availible that soon. I told her I would call her back. When I did she had already had a back-up truck to pick up the carthe next evening if needed. Well fortunately between Nicole and the driver they managed to standby while I arranged for someone to be with the vehicle that evening. The next day the driver called and said he would be here around 7 P.M. Both Nicole and the driver were very friendly and proffesional and my car was delivered to me in less than 24 hours. Although a short transport of around 350 miles service was fast, very reasonable, and Nicole was a joy to deal with. I own a flat bed tow truck and could have drove to pick the car up myself, however, for the price and the quick service actually was more cost effective. I would have lost a few hundred dollars spending the day to drive and pick it up not to mention the fuel cost. Instead I worked towing cars making money while Nicole handled pretty much everything for me for a great price. I highly recommend if you need to transport a car Call Nicole she will take care of you and for a fair rate. Thankyou Nicole and also thanks to William the transpoter.
