there was an initial problem with the pickup time of first transporter and sellers ability to meet him due to work obligations. nicole found another carrier within 24hrs. and vehicle was picked up at the arranged time. nicole was very helpful, accessible, and kept me informed. the price quoted was what i paid, no addons. the vehicle was oversized with a camper shell.
