This is the fourth time I've used Hilton to ship my car from CA to NC or from NC back to CA. I always come back to Nichole because she is so incredibly kind and helpful. I usually have a very short window of 1-2 days in which my car can be picked up, and Nichole always works with the transport companies to ensure that it gets picked up within the time that I specified. She is big on customer service, and moreover, she always gives me a fair price. This is why I have used Hilton so many times to ship my car.
The carrier, Ace Auto Trans, picked up my car in North Carolina on Tuesday, and then on Saturday it was dropped off at my house in California. Absolutely incredible! I had been expecting it to take about a week (or maybe even a few days more than that), but they managed to get it across the country in four days!
