I contacted Hilton on December 21 and Linda the contact person said it would take her several days to find a suitable auto transporter because of the holidays and because they need to screen all parties who respond to the request. On Dec. 28 she contacted my son in Oakland where my car is to be picked up and said that the auto transporter company will pick up my car either on Jan. 1 or 2 and that the driver will contact me when they were close to the pick up point. My car was picked up in the afternoon of Jan. 2 and I was informed that it will be delivered the following Monday, Jan. 8, if not earlier. True enough my car was delivered promptly on Sunday, Jan. 7, as is, without any damage. I was very pleased with the service and I will definitely use them again.
