I first contacted Nicole at Hilton late in the afternoon on Friday, Jan. 5. She was the last of almost 20 companies that I contacted, and she gave us a competitive price and was very helpful and pleasant on the phone. I booked it then, and she called me back on Monday Jan. 8 and said that she had found a transport that could pick the car up on Tuesday, the next day. Bennett Auto Transport arrived promptly Tuesday afternoon, and the driver, Thomas, with his co-driver (his father) were extremely professional and courteous. We met them at an agreed-upon location since their truck couldn't get down our street, and it only took a few minutes to handle the inspection and paperwork. While we had an anticpated delivery date of Friday, they actually delivered the car earlier, in good condition, on Thursday evening.

I would definitely use Hilton again. We chose them because of both their price and their good reviews on this site, and we made the right choice. Nicole provided excellent customer service, and the Bennetts did a great job in getting the car to its destination safely and quickly. It was just overall a painless and positive experience using them both. I'd highly recommend Hilton to anyone transporting their vehicle.
