A Pleasant Surprise

This was the first time we've ever shipped a vehicle. We did all the online research and even tried out some of those quote aggregation sites. The range in pricing and the contradictory answers that the various providers gave in our initial research had us doubting whether we were better off just driving the vehicle ourselves. Our neighbor overheard us discussing and recommended Hilton Auto Transport. While we were still a bit skeptical, we thought that one more call couldn't hurt. What a find!

First of all, their website was easy to navigate and offered to be some very straightforward advice. Their online quote was very quick and when we finally called the company, they answered immediately and were very courteous and patient on the phone.

After receiving the quote (which was within $10 of the lowest quote we received through other sites/companies), Hilton was very professional while they researched a carrier. They followed up continously and eventhough their time estimates were aggressive, they beat their estimates on both pick-up and delivery.

I'd like to include some areas where they could improve, but as the subject implies - it was truly a pleasant surprise and experience. Honest, professional, ahead of schedule and most importantly: a great value! Will definately recommend Hilton Auto Transport to anyone who asks.
