I shopped betwen at least 7 companies and went with Hilton Auto Transport. Hilton is a Broker who excels at customewr service. She deals with a small network of companies with whom she has had success with in the past.

Nicole gave me a very competitive quote for the move and had all the right answers to my many questions. She uses insured carriers and was right on with the pick-up date. She offered a great deal of flexibility in pickup and drop off.

As happy as I am with Nicole and Hilton Auto Transport, I wasn't so happy with the actual carrier. Pioneer Auto transport was late on delivery and inflexible. The driver wanted me to meet me after 11pm on the delivery day as he was late to his next delivery and didnt want to stop overnight to wait for a more reasonable hour. I expected a top load, door to door shipment. I received neither. The car was filthy upon delivery with caked dirt and sand and had been unloaded and reloaded onto another truck, which I had been assured that would not happen. The car also had some minor dings and scratches upon delivery.

I do not attribute any of these issues to Nicole. Throughout the process, she remained available to me during and after hours and helped me to deal with Pioneer Auto Transport, the actual carrier. She helped me to negotitate with that company and did everything in her power to make things right.

Since this shipment, I've contacted her again about moving another car and would heartily recommend her to anybody.
