I dealt with Nichole and she was always very quick to return my phone call whenever I left a message. The truck was late picking up the car which wasn't a big deal for us (it had motor trouble). Nichole actually had someone who could have picked it up earlier than my pickup date but unfortuantely my car wasn't ready.Hilton's rate of 735 was one of the cheapest and the rate Nichole quoted was the price I paid - there were no surprises. I would definitely use this company again.
