It took me a while to do this because I was in the middle of a move to Arizona for a new job but I finally have the opportunity to express how dissapointed I was from Hilton's aervice. It seems like they are the customers and we are the vendors...
We were basically chasing them because I paid more money to get a faster deliver and it even went worse in time delay than the regular service. Please do not believe on the starts thing in this web. It is BS. It was so bad that my car had damages and I didn't even think in getting into a fight with them because I knew I was going to get nothing.

Good luck to all and stay away from Hilton's!

HOW SAD! This guy did not even called us to let us know what went on or even to let us know his car was late. We do not keep the fee for express if the car is not on time. But we know that people can read this and know that if he had something wrong with his car it WOULD HAVE been paid for. Again if it was late we would have gave him the 150 back!! And if he did have DAMAGES they would have been paid by the driver....If you would like to order know that if you do your part WE ALWAYS DO OURS!
