Broker was very pleasant. They got the car here in good shape. Was a couple of days late but driver called and kept me informed. Driver was professional and pleasant. A positive experience. I was not upset but not overwhelmed when the broker,when getting a better than expected rate from the actual shipper, simply raised her commission and did not share any of the savings with me. She did come in at her quoted overall cost,so that is not a complaint, just an observation.

We are a broker and make a fee! That is just the only way we can move cars. We give the drivers good money or they would not pick up our cars. We gave rick a GOOD price and he got his picked up on the day after he placed his order.
