I researched many, many transport companies because of all the horror stories that I've read and heard about. Based on their excellent reviews and extremely competitive price, I chose Hilton. I was MORE than impressed. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with and the consumate professional. She was very careful to set appropriate expectations due to the nature of the business and the variables with weather, trucker availability, etc. Nicole said she would start work on my order right away and she sure did that. By the next day the shipper had already contacted the dealer to tell them he'd pick up the car. I was equally impressed with Scott Mitchell, the trucking company, who communicated regularly and delivered the car in four days, through a snow storm (on an expected 5-7 day delivery time frame.)

Needless to say, my expectations were exceeded at every turn, and while sometimes timing just works out, in this case both Nicole and Scott's commitment ensured a perfect delivery of my vehicle.
