Nichole was great, very professional. Basically, everything she said would happen, did happen. Time frames were accurate, communication was very good. I recommend them highly.
The person who received my car was very happy as well. I'd never shipped a car, and he had no experience either. The most important thing was that expectations were met. He got the car when he expected, and when I told him he would.
It was a win/win.
