I am pretty young and was moving across the country for the first time, so I was really worried about the whole process. After reading terrible reviews about another company, I decided to go with Hilton, and I'm glad I did. Nichole was wonderful. I called her only a week before I needed the car to be picked up and right before the Thanksgiving holiday. They picked up the car on Thanksgiving, which might be a burden to others, but I just really needed my car to meet me on the other side. It got there 10 days later.

What I really liked was that Nichole always returned my calls with a couple hours and was extremely nice and helpful. I was also able to speak with my driver every step of the way and he returned all my calls. So I knew he was doing his best to get my car to me. So I certainly recommend this company and would use them again in the future.
