I HIGHLY recommend Hilton Auto Transport. I inadvertently won an automobile auction for a 75 Corvette on EBay. After shopping around for several different transport companies I was contacted by Carrie at Hilton. She asked me if I spent too much time at "The Swamp" bar and grill the night before due to all of the misspellings and incorrect phone numbers on my application. This is nice, someone who knows her geography and popular hangouts of the customers... in any case. The price that I wanted to pay was less than the quote price (i.e. 2-door Sedan/Sports Car: $1083 vs. 25yr Collector/Classic: $1177). I suggested that we state the less of the two prices. Carrie explained the "in-and-outs" of auto transport to me, and indicated that we could put any price we wanted up for posting, but also stated, "Don't yell at me if your car doesn't move in a week!" Ha... I love it, finally someone with some honesty and who will take the time to work with you instead of try to scare you into using their company; there is a reason that Hilton rates so well and acquires such volume. They are courteous, honest, and are not greedy. My car was PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY. In short, the car was picked up on a Thursday and delivered the following Tuesday. Granted, it took 1.75 weeks for the car to get here, but that is the way it goes some times. I was also followed up with by Nichole who facilitated excellent communication with the trucking company. The truck itself broke down several times between WA and FL, but what can you do; there is no reason to get mad about it. There was a rub mark on the roof but I am not sure if it was there to start with, the pictures before and after are inconclusive. The bottom line is that the car got here at a reasonable price in an acceptable amount of time.
