Although it took some phone tagging to get my order going, I was very satisfied with the service. I read these reviews prior to selecting a company and felt this company had the most consistent reviews. The driver was a day late picking up, but it was not a problem and he was earlier than expected. He arrived at 11 PM our time and called earlier in the day to let me know. When he arrived so late he was kind enough to offer that we meet in the morning. He was great to deal with and took good care with the car. I would suggest that you take care of having the delivery cash/cashiers check ready before they deliver because we were called on a saturday for a saturday delivery-banks closed! I resolved it by calling my banks call center and raising my ATM withdrawl amount to cover it, but that was scary until I figured it out.
Overall I was very pleased, would use them again and now understand more of the intricicies of moving a car across the country.
