Excellent, prompt service! I would definitely use Hilton Auto Transport again! My son had originally contacted another company to transport his VW Rabbit from California to Ohio. As soon as they received his deposit, they were difficult to get ahold of, failed to pick up the car on the day promised, and did not return our calls! I called Hilton and explained the situation and Nicole and her staff were extremely helpful! They were friendly, courteous and very professional. They were able to find a driver the same day I called. His car was picked up that evening and arrived in Ohio 5 days later in excellent condition. We were very impressed! I only wish I had contacted Nicole first as I am having trouble getting the first company to refund our deposit!
