Pros: Cheapest quote on the market. Was able to pick up the cars around the time I wanted with a 2 week notice. Cars were delivered within 3 days. Nichole was OK to deal with. She was helpful when I could get a hold of her. After the pickup, everything was smooth.

Cons: Very hard to get a hold of Nichole. Had to leave messages but didn't always get a call back. Had to email her a few times and she did respond most of the time. The driver didn't contact me till about 3 or 4 hours before the pick up so was wondering when he would show up. Would have appreciated a quick response from Nichole and wished she would return your call when asked to. But she resorted to emails and faxes more.

Conclusion: The prices were unbeatable. Reasonably good service, but can do much better. Actual pickup and drop off went very well. Customer service is not too bad, but can be better.

we are so sorry he felt we where hard to get a hold of we must have talked to him over 15 times about the auto transport! We let people know what to expect with auto transport...and we do follow up with all of our calls..but we can only go over what to do so many times!
