I spoke with Hilton Auto Transport representative Nicole prior to selecting a service. She did a great job of delineating the task of her company and ensured that I would receive a great service due to the conventionality of my route (from Michigan to California). She sounded very trustworthy, and all she said made a lot of common sense to me, because I had been burned before by other Auto Transport Comanies.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Hilton. I spoke with Nicole on a Thursday, and by Monday of the following week, my car got picked up. And within one week, the car was transported to California. Having had a bad experience with another transport company, this transport seems like it was done in record timing. And I'm very fortunate I signed on with Hilton for this reason. Thanks to Nicole for keeping me updated throughout the transport, and giving me the contact info of the truck driver so I can check on his progress. This experience was very worthwhile.
