Ms. Hilton was extremely helpful. She thought it might be difficult to find a transporter for me due to my location in a rural area, but she found someone right away. They were able to pick up the car in less than a week, and it was delivered five days later. The trucking company contacted me by phone to let me know they were coming, and the driver called me when he got to my thruway exit so I could meet him. He was very polite. He also called the recipient and made arrangements to meet her at a spot convenient for her to pick it up, but where he could bring the large truck. Afterwards, Ms. Hilton did follow-up to make sure everything went smoothly and we were satisfied. I was nervous about transporting my car, and possible damage or excessive time (the last time I did it the company came a week late and then put it in storage for a few weeks and I had no idea what was going on.) This time Hilton Transport was efficient, professional and affordable. I would use them again and recommend them.
