Recognize the Broker has limited capabilities. Success depends on their networking. They have no car moving trucks.They make a contact and follow up on the movers performance. If they pick a non-performer, you suffer. Hilton did as perfect a job as was within their power and for this transport picked a really great carrier. Every aspect worked like cloclwork. I got the feeling Hilton cared about our business. They are human and probably have some issues with the persons they contract. I judge performance and the facts of my experience. Hilton would be my next choice when I need a broker to find a competent common carrier. Ron Barbee
