Had some hurdles but service was great

I had arranged a pickup through Hilton Auto Transport. If I had one complaint it was that I waited for several days without hearing from them on the ETA for pickup. I had to call to get the ball rolling after four or five days. Nichole was handling my account and went into labor early so that is an understandable delay. A small issue overall.

The car was posted but there weren't any drivers biting on it. Again, not much more Hilton could do here. They ended up getting a driver by waiving their fee and I paid the driver directly upon receipt of the car. It ended up taking a few days longer than planned but given the circumstances is very understandable. They were honest with me about what happened and were doing all they could to expedite things. The car had no damage that I could find upon close inspection.

If I ever need to transport an auto again, I won't hesitate to start with Hilton Auto Transport.
