I was pleased that my car was picked up within the specified time and delivered within the requested time. Though it's better to talk to a live representative than leaving a message to get service. It probably would have been perfect service if I had received a call 24 hrs ahead of the delivery time, because I ended up having to put everything aside just to wait for the car to come.
