shippping a BRAND NEW CAR to Out of State STUDENT

- After searching in INTERNET, reading REVIEWS
- I hired HILTON AUTO TRANSPORT to ship a BRAND NEW /out of dealer lot Honda Civic
- from California to Philadelphia/$970

- the car was picked up at 5p.m on TUESDAY
- INCREDIBLY arrived/delivered to my daughter
- next MONDAY morning,= in less than 6 days
- in PERFECT condition

- YESssssss....!! out of this experience
- I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hilton Transport to people

- and YES I would USE Hilton Transport AGAIN and AGAIN
- because my daughter is in Medicine, she will be in ROTATION here and there !!
- it's a RELIEF to find a GOOD TRANSPORT Co
- all she needs is to make a CALL, the car will be available at NEW destination

- I also did search for the PRICE
- it's a FAIR/GOOD price in my case

- That said, the story I tell here
- is to HELP other parents who having OUT OF STATE STUDENT

- same as MILITARY personnels,
- OUT of STATE student can KEEP their RESIDENCY
- and therefore can DRIVE CAR with LICENSE PLATE of their HOME state

- ONLY IF the student goes school full-time
- NOT work MORE than SIX months

- PARENTS can include/BUY INSURANCE for the kid's car under their insurance
- which the DIFFERENCE is from $452/month/alone
- to about $100/m/w-parents/STATE FARM

- WHY not buy/make PAPER work in Cali
- then tell DEALER to DROP SHIP in Phila
- pay $250 extra, instead of shipping $970 ?

- because to have Cali REGISTRATION = qualify for insurance with parents
- the CAR has to be PHYSICALLY LAND in Cali
- this means re-direct Hondda to deliver in Phila/DROP SHIP will NOT work

- THEN to be able to BUY/REGISTER a car in Phila
- my daughter has to HAVE Phila DRIVER LICENSE
- which she does NOT wish to change
