9 days was a little longer than i hoped, but I managed just fine and it was not out of the time frame they estimated. i was able to reach Hilton and Ace Auto Trans Inc when I needed to and the service was friendly and honest. my car and trunk full of non-valuable stuff arrived at my door no problems. i was fully satisfied and would use this broker and trucking service again.
