I contacted Nichole 3 days prior to when I wanted my car shipped. I knew if she would take the job, I would have nothing to worry about. She was upfront and honest that the lead time was cutting the delivery really close but reassured me that she will take the job and the car will get from MD to CA within 7-10 days. Her website made the payment process easy and all I had to do was to pay the driver when the car was delivered. I received the car a little dirty, which is expected since it was shipped in an open carrier and traveled across the US, other than that, no dings, dents or scratches.
