We were overwhelming pleased with Hilton Transport and the trucker they found for us, Owen of #1 ACT Services . Nicole at Hilton honored the quote we got on the internet which several other companies we contacted did not do. She stayed in touch with us, got back to us as promised and found us a responsible transporter for the dates we needed within 5 days of our initial contact. The trucker, Owen, met us in a large commercial parking lot close to our home. He did an excellent job of recording all the scratches on the car when he took delivery of it, he called us daily to let us know his progress across the country and when we could expect him to arrive and he delivered the car to us without any transport damage. When he ran into a storm in the midwest which delayed his arrival a few days, he promptly let us know so we could plan ahead and arrange a rental car. His daily communications gave us confidence and comfort, as well as helping us plan ahead so we didn't get into a transportation crisis. I whole heartedly recommend him as a transporter. Hilton transport also gets a great commendation from us for your brokering services. Thank you Hilton for making this move across country a smooth and successful one.
