Paid them, Car never picked up. Unreachable

Paid Highline who responded with email saying "Keep in mind, that your quote/order includes Door-To-Door Transport, Fully Insured, Assigned to a Carrier within 3-4 business days once order has been processed, and delivered within 3-7 business days with weather permitting." The instruction to them was to pick up the car the week of 12/10. It's still sitting in Austin at a friends house and I'm now in Seattle without this car. There Phone is now dead and follow up phone calls and/or emails from them were never received after they had my money. I have all records and phone logs so I hope I don't see a response here that contains any excuses or re-direction of blame. I sent them emails and a fax indicating that today is their deadline for action. Local authorities and my bank will be contacted tomorrow if I don't hear from them.

DAVID'S CARD WAS CHARGED BACK. THE CUSTOMER WAS ADVISED THAT HIS CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED BACK ON DEC. 08. WE CANCELLED THE TRANSPORT DUE TO THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP.
