It is not rare at all to have trucking companies tell you what they are going to do and when they are going to do it. What is "RARE" is when it happens exactly the way they said it would. HET fulfilled every promise they made to us . . . down to the very smallest detail . . . . "AND" they informed me every step of the way. All I can say is HighEndTransport is high on customer satisfaction and "high" on my good good list.
