My husband and I were extreemly please with the service we received from High End Transport. My Porsche 911 was in Pompano Beach Florida, and had to be transported to the Niagara Falls New York/Canada Border. I called Angel on Monday night and my car was picked up the next morning! That's what I call customer service! The company had sub-contracted Minute Man Transport who was also excellent. The driver "James" was very courteous and called us on a regular basis to let us know where our vehicle was at all times. I was very nervous about where my car was going to be dropped off, since we had to use a terminal because the dealership did not send the Title on time. Needless to say, Angel came through again! The terminal was very close to the border, easy to find, very clean, and the garage was full of collector cars - which made us feel comfortable leaving our car there. Every time we called, our calls were answered immediately ( even on the 4th of July!)
I would like to sincerly thank Angel and Melissa for making the transport of our car from Pompano Beach Florida, to Niagara Falls New York seamelss. This company has proven to be very professional, reliable, and make you feel at ease.
