Sorry to hear that you feel we were waiting for you to cancel and order and then proceed with us. We would never do that intentionally, we want our customers to be happy and write happy reviews. I believe your order was with another carrier that did not pick up the car after 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks snowbird season hit and we just try to tell you the truth. If the car isn't going to move at $850 we would rather not take the deal. We have no interest in keeping people's deposits. We only get paid when we dispatch cars. So we told you the truth, moved the car and did a good job, it's unfortunate that we have to get burned for being honest. We make the same amount of money whether you pay $850 or $1100 we just want to get your car picked up.
