I had never transported a vehicle before and was very worried about it. Krissie was very detailed in explaining to me what would happen. She explained the time fame for pick-up and delivery. Everyone I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. At no time did they make me feel like they were rushing to get me off of the phone because of my numerous questions. If and when the time comes that I would need to transport a vehicle again, I would definitely call High End Transport.
