I could not be happier with the service I received from High End. Each communication was clear and timely from the very first contact. I had never used an auto transport company before so I was naturally nervous and had many questions. Krissie was extremely patient and professional in answering all my questions. I was also pleasantly surprised with the short time required from pick-up to delivery. I was expecting 7-10 days for the entire process; however, the sale closed on a Wednesday, car picked up in Texas on Thursday, and arrived at my front door in South Carolina around 10 am Saturday! The driver, Mark, was extremely professional. He made phone contact with me quickly and regularly throughout the transport. His communications were also very clear and accurate. When Mark arrived with the vehicle, he carefully reviewed the report of the vehicle's physical condition upon pick-up in Texas and patiently reviewed the current physical condition of the vehicle with me. I would not hesitate to use High End again. Overall, it was EASY and HASSLE FREE! Thanks again, High End!
