Fraud

Kerrie,
I finally received the conformation from AMEX, the refund to be $150.00 less $19.00 this is not acceptable! The company you represent charged me $160.00 by being misleading,negligent and conniving, not to mentioned it delayed the pick up of my Van by 2weeks.

Yesterday the van was finally picket up by a reputable A+ rating company Montway and never charged a single $ until the Van was dispatched with in 2 days of placing the order.

I don't understand how you assured me over and over and convinced me by describing other company's false bss. practises " instead you were describing your company".

How can you continued to work and represent Heartland Auto Shippers conniving/incompetent approach only to take money and create a horrible consumer experience and jeopardizing my investment.
