Run for the hills if this company wants to do business( HEADQUARTERS AUTO TRANSPORT,LLC )with you.
I was told that the vehicle would be picked up within a few hours because they had trucks near by in Harrisburg, pa.a couple of hours away.They asked for a deposit before confirming all info.,once deposit was given; i requested driver information to be given to me to follow up. John from that company gave me a number from their office,a trucking company name that does not exist, the name of the driver,and contact person all fake.I called the number given no one answered,I text; received text back stating that they were at the auction and picking up seven cars,text stated one of them was my car to be picked up.At that time of day the auction was closed and I knew that.so I called the next day to confirm with auction ,know one was there to pick up seven cars from that facility at no time,and my car was still there. Now who does business like that.tried calling Headquarters Transport again and again to speak with John the phone continue to ring left messages,never received a call back. My number was being screened.So I called the same number from another phone they picked up right away,they couldn't tell me if the car was picked up or not.Because They never scheduled a pick up, never talked to a driver at all. They have yet to refund my deposit...Will never do business with this company again.
