When I had rceived the initial quote I had received very important information in regards to what to look for when searching for a carrier. They had suggested several places to review and even the Better Business Bureau which I had not thought of looking because a year ago I had tried to ship the same vehicle to my son who is in the Army, but I was taken for the broker fee and they did not refund the money even though my son was being deployed to overseas. I had called the company on status of pick up and they had provided me with extra help in ensuring my vehicle would be shipped out when I had requested even with 57 vehicles leaving my state to where my son is now living.
