This is the thirsd time I have transported a care to/from CA and Ohio - first time with Hed of the Pack. Todd was very patient in explianing what to expect, time frames, etc. I am glad that he receommended checking the BBB, as I was considering another complany as well, but teir review on BBB was not good. The car was picked up several days before the "drop dead" date; delivered early and in good shape. Both Todd & the trucker kept in touch with me throughout. Thank you!
