This was my first time to have a car transported, so I considered several companies before making a decision. Todd was by far the most professional person with whom I spoke. I was particularly impressed by the fact that he did not require his fee up front, but instead, took it AFTER my car was loaded on the carrier. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time, and was in perfect condition when delivered. My phone calls were either answered immediately or quickly returned, and my e-mails received a quick reply. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I absolutely recommend Head of the Pack Transport to anyone needing to have a vehicle transported.
